Pear & Bleu Cheese "Petites" Tart

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wash the pears & thinly slice them. Over medium heat, melt butter in a pan. Then add the honey & thyme.
- Gently add the pear slices and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal parts (rectangles or squares) & shape the borders (you can use your fingers to shape the edges).
- Brush the dough with the egg wash.
- Add a few pear slices to each rectangle of dough. Top with crumbled bleu cheese.
- Cook in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the Savoureux snack mix on top & enjoy while it’s still warm! (tip: you can sprinkle more crumbled bleu cheese on top before serving)
