- Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into thick slices
- Arrange tomatoes on a platter, alternating them with the mozzarella slices. Tuck the whole basil leaves in between the tomato and cheese slices
- Add healthy pinch of salt & black pepper
- Sprinkle on our spicy Flambeaux snack mix and dress to your liking. You can drizzle with a little oil (we like Chosen Foods avocado), and some balsamic vinegar & enjoy!
