Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Soak cashews in a bowl full of water for 4-6 hours to soften
    2. Drain cashews and add to a food processor with pumpkin purée, maple syrup, fall spice blend, & dairy free milk and blend until smooth
    3. Line the baking dish with parchment paper and cover the bottom with the snack mix
    4. Pour pumpkin "cheese" cake mixture into baking sheet, on top of the Original snack mix
    5. Place in the freezer for 2 hours, or in the fridge for 6-8
    6. Remove parchment from baking sheet
    7. Cut into squares or slices and enjoy!
