Pre-heat oven to 350°F
Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, garlic cloves & sprinkle with coarse sea salt & pepper, cover with foil and roast for 2 hours⠀
In a bowl, whisk marinade ingredients together, then pour over meat in a sealed container and set in the fridge. The longer you marinate, the better. You can prepare ahead of time (preferably overnight) or the meat can also simply marinate while veggies are roasting
Heat grill. Cook marinated meat choice about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and cut/tear into pieces. Layer meat in a lettuce cup. Add roasted veggies, bean curd paste, crema, scallions, cilantro & avocado/rice if using. Sprinkle on Flambeaux snack mix for that extra kick and crunch & enjoy!
