- Combine oats, milk, pumpkin pureĚe, pumpkin spice, chia seeds, collagen and half the maple syrup to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook oats about 4-5 minutes or to desired consistency.Â
- Meanwhile, combine chopped apple, rest of the maple syrup and a few dashes of cinnamon in a small sauteĚ pan and cook until apples are tender.
- Top oats with apples and all the nutty goodness!
